CYLINDER BLOCKS, MONTESSORI MATERIAL - OUWKIDS

Each of the 4 wooden blocks is almost 50 cm long. When the cylinders are inserted, the difference in length and width is noticeable, but the shape remains the same. Terms such as high - low, thick - thin, narrow - wide, flat - deep or narrow - wide are learned. Children also practice the fine motor skills of the writing hand. The wooden cylinders also have practical buttons to hold them.

Each of the four blocks has a different task for children:

1) Same diameter - different height different heights,

2) Different diameters - same heights,

3) Larger diameters with increasing height,

4) Larger diameters with smaller height.

The cylinder blocks are made of varnished wood, and each measures 46 x 7.5 x 7 cm.

The wood for the cylinder blocks is obtained from sustainable forestry.
