For Schools and Preschools

OuwaKids.lv collaborates with preschools, daycare centers, schools, learning centers, and other educational institutions throughout Latvia, offering high-quality Montessori materials, wooden toys, and sensory play equipment. Our mission is to support educators and children by providing valuable, developmental tools for learning and play.

PLACING AN ORDER

Orders can be placed directly through our website at www.ouwakids.lv or by sending a list of the required items to our email: ouwakids@gmail.com.

When ordering via email, please provide the following:

  • Billing details (Company/Institution name, registration number, address),

  • Preferred delivery method,

  • Contact information.

PAYMENT TERMS

For partnerships with state and municipal institutions, we offer a 14-day payment term after the delivery of goods. For municipal institutions, invoices are sent in XML format via latvija.lv to the official institutional e-address. Additionally, a printed and signed invoice/delivery note is included in the package with the ordered goods.

DELIVERY

We deliver across the entire territory of Latvia via Venipak parcel lockers or by courier to your specified address.

Delivery Costs (in Latvia)

  • Courier delivery to your address: €4.90 (for items up to 10 kg). For oversized items or orders exceeding 10 kg, the delivery fee will be calculated manually.

  • Venipak parcel lockers: €1.90.

  • FREE delivery to parcel lockers for orders over €50.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Most of our products are in stock, so we dispatch them as quickly as possible. If an item is only available upon request (backorder), we will contact you personally to inform you of the specific delivery timeframe.
