Right of Withdrawal

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of receiving the Goods by sending a withdrawal notice to the Seller. Upon the Buyer’s request, the Seller will provide a withdrawal form via email.

The Buyer may return the Goods using a parcel locker service. The Goods must be sent to any parcel locker located in Saulkrasti, indicating the contact phone number +371 28337313. The cost of return shipping shall be covered by the Buyer.

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) days from receiving the order under the following conditions:

  • The Goods have not been used;
  • The Goods are in their original packaging with all original labels and in full комплектation;
  • The Goods are not damaged, stained, torn, or otherwise affected;
  • The Buyer must return the Goods to the Seller within 7 (seven) days after sending the withdrawal notice.

The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

  • The Goods, due to their nature, cannot be returned, or they are perishable or quickly consumable;
  • The Goods have been made specifically for the Buyer according to an individual order;
  • The Buyer has opened the packaging of audio or video recordings or computer software;
  • The Goods are damaged, used, or not in their original packaging.

According to Section 12, Paragraph 6 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, “the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the Goods during the withdrawal period.” The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer’s right of withdrawal or to withhold compensation if the Goods are damaged due to improper use, negligence, failure to follow instructions, loss of original packaging, or if the packaging is significantly damaged.

The Seller will refund the payment to the Buyer’s bank account within 14 (fourteen) days from the moment the returned Goods are received.

If the Buyer discovers defects or manufacturing faults in the delivered Goods, the Seller will cover all costs related to the return or replacement of such Goods.
